"Taste leaves some to be desired. Almond butter doesn't pop out. Chocolate snaps hard but maybe should be softer for an almond butter cup."

Process Notes

12 Oz of Guittard 72% wafers melted into a Chocovision 2. Recipe: 4.25oz Almond butter from Trader Joe's. 1/3oz Coconut Oil (to make the filling less liquidy. Did not work) 4 tbsp Almond flour (to make the filling less liquidy. Did work) 1/4tsp Vanilla extract Tempered chocolated with Chocovision. Molded the bottoms. Cooled/hardened. Then added filling and poured chocolate on top. Next attempt: Do not hardened the bottoms as much. There's a clear seperation post bite. Add maybe cacao butter to soften the chocolate a bit. Need to figure out how to make filling pop out. Chocolate is so-so, not my favorite.
